Jakarta – On Thursday (12/6) Obligasi Berkelanjutan V MNC Kapital Indonesia Tahap II Tahun 2025 by PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk began to be listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with nominal value of IDR 55,000,000,000. Rating result from Indonesia Credit Rating Agency (PEFINDO) for Obligasi Berkelanjutan V MNC Kapital Indonesia Tahap II Tahun 2025 is idBBB+ (Triple B plus) with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as trustee in this emission.

Then, on Friday (13/6) Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper issued Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap IV, Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan IV Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap IV and Obligasi USD Berkelanjutan II Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap III Tahun 2025 in IDX. Total nominal value of Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap IV was listed at IDR 1,235,700,000,000, Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan IV Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap IV was listed with nominal value of IDR 1,202,340,000,000, meanwhile Obligasi USD Berkelanjutan II Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap III Tahun 2025 by PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk was listed with nominal value of USD 4.166.500.

Rating result from PEFINDO for Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap IV Tahun 2025 and Obligasi USD Berkelanjutan II Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap III Tahun 2025 was idA+ (Single A Plus), meanwhile for Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan IV Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tahap IV Tahun 2025 was idA+(sy) (single A plus syariah) and with PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk as trustee in this emission.

The total bond and sukuk issuances listed throughout 2025 amounted to 50 issuances from 32 issuers with a total value of IDR 68.59 trillion. With these listings, the total number of bond and sukuk issuances listed on IDX reached 611 issuances, with an outstanding nominal value of IDR 489.35 trillion and USD 107.9163 million, issued by 133 issuers. Government Securities (SBN) listed on IDX consist of 190 series with a nominal value of IDR 6,345.92 trillion and USD 502.10 million. In addition, there are 7 Asset-Backed Securities (EBA) listed on IDX with a total value of IDR 2.22 trillion.

Stock trading data on IDX for the week of June 9–13, 2025, closed with mixed performance. The highest increase was seen in the average daily transaction volume, which rose by 15.52% to 28.05 billion shares from 24.28 billion shares in the previous week. The average daily transaction frequency also increased by 3.98% to 1.42 million transactions from 1.36 million transactions in the previous week. The IDX Composite (IHSG) rose by 0.74% over the week, closing at 7,166.065 from 7,113.425 the previous week. In addition, IDX market capitalization rose by 0.92% to IDR 12,495 trillion from IDR 12,381 trillion the previous week. Meanwhile, the average daily transaction value on IDX declined by 5.21% to IDR 16.24 trillion from IDR 17.14 trillion in the previous week. As of today, foreign investors recorded a net buy of IDR 478.76 billion, while throughout 2025, foreign investors have recorded a net sell of IDR 48.582 trillion.
